If you are 16 or younger than 16 years old, you must be with a legal representative to come to the studio.
Before getting a tattoo or piercing your legal representative will be asked to fill in a consent form.
This consent form contains a number of questions about your health.
Filling in the consent form is for your own safety. The consent form remains with the artist.
We do not tattoo underage (younger than 18) on hands, neck, wrists and face.
We also do not do genital piercings or nipple piercings on underage.
